Julie and I had an added bonus whilst staying at The Devonshire Hotel, Grassington, Yorkshire Dales a couple of days ago. The Hotel was transformed into the Drovers Arms, Darowby. I managed to do a bit of filming from our Siegfried Farnon suite bedroom window. Season 3 of channel 5s All Creatures Great and Small.

Would be interested in you specifying how you planned all this. Was it day trips while you stayed in a particular location, or did you move around? How long does it take to get to symi and the cost etc?
Hi Cars&Coffee, We opted for Tui's multi stay option to Rhodes, which is the north and south deal. The first week we stayed at the Rhodos Horizon resort, which is in a great location a 20 minute walk into Rhodes old town. Also Rhodes old port is situated just nearby, this where we booked the Aphrodite Queen (Rhodes sea lines) a high speed boat over to Symi. A fast boat is essential for a day trip, it only takes an hour each way and allows you 3-4 hours at Symi Town. The second week we transferred to the south of the Island. We stayed at he Princess Andriana Resort in Kiotari. Lindos is a short bus ride away, the stop is located just outside the hotel entrance. I hope this helps. Regards Paul.

@@koleberdinoch926 Asians from Pakistan came to work in the textile producing areas of Yorkshire and Lancashire etc in about the mid 60’s that’s why no Pakistani’s are in the series
@@1950kath but All Creatures is set before the 60s. So they should include them, for reasons of diversity, inclusively and pure woke fiction.
I feel sorry for the retailers if they have to put up signs saying ‘open as usual’. Hopefully this show will boost tourism though
Mark and talk talk opened my eyes to what music really is, I feel iv been living my life so wrong , Mark left such a beautiful legacy, its true music can say so much more than words , wont be long till I meet my creator and when I do I want Marks music playing if they let me in those pearly gates x
